Terms and Conditions
By participating in the ApexLuxe Refer & Earn program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) Eligibility: The program is open to all existing ApexLuxe customers with an active or completed ApexLuxe project.
2) Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when:
- The referred customer places an order with ApexLuxe.
- The referred customer pays 50% of the total project value.
- The referred customer's project includes a minimum project value of 5,00,000 INR, maintained across all project stages.
- Note: Customers already existing in the ApexLuxe database through any source of lead generation are not eligible to be counted as referrals.
3) Referral Bonus Structure: The Referral Bonus will be provided as follows:
- 1st successful referral – ₹25,000 with a beautiful gift.
- 2nd successful referral onwards – ₹50,000 per referral.
4) Referral Bonus Payment: The payment of the referral bonus shall be credited directly to the bank account of the existing ApexLuxe customer (referred by).
5) General Terms:
- Referrals must be genuine. ApexLuxe reserves the right to deny bonuses in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
- Referral bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except as per the conditions stated above.
